I am delighted to announce the nomination of Dr. Johanne Roberge for the role of Associate Head, Academic Affairs, starting on October 1, 2019.
Following the planned restructuring in our Department's leadership roles (with the establishment of our Psychiatrists in Chief for KHSC and PCH), the Associate Head, Academic Affairs will support the Department Head in the pursuit of some critical goals:
1) To optimally align the University's educational deliverables (undergraduate, postgraduate) with the Department's mission, goals and expectations
2) To further improve the educational experiences and opportunities for all Faculty, with a better matching of personal skills and resources
3) To support all Faculty through personalized plans for career growth, development and promotion.
Importantly, Dr. Roberge will continue to contribute to the Residency Program, along with Dr. Prost (now the Residency Program Director).
Please join me in congratulating Johanne on this exciting and challenging role!
