The Department faculty hold positions at the following affiliated clinical and teaching institutions across south-eastern Ontario. The wide range of facilities provides all of our doctors and residents with hands on community based experience.

Affiliated with Queen’s University, Kingston General Hospital is over 400 bed teaching hospital that provides tertiary care for more than 500,000 people in south-eastern Ontario and is the community hospital for the Kingston area. KGH provides an array of specialized acute and ambulatory clinical services.
Hotel Dieu Hospital is the ambulatory care teaching hospital for Kingston and Southeastern Ontario. Affiliated with Queen's University, we are partners within Kingston's university hospitals, delivering quality health care, leading innovative research and training the health care professionals of tomorrow.

Providence Care, Mental Health Services is south-eastern Ontario’s leader for adult mental health treatment and rehabilitation, complex continuing care, forensic psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, palliative care, physical medicine and rehabilitation and specialized geriatrics. Through our affiliation with Queen’s University, we are a major centre for teaching and research.

A non-profit, accredited organization, Ongwanada offers a wide range of individualized services and community provides direct support to approximately 600 people with developmental disabilities and their families in Kingston and Eastern Ontario. We are affiliated with Queen's University and collaborate internationally in research to enhance the understanding and improve the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Addiction and Mental Health Services - Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington is a non-profit private corporation which offers a continuum of services in Frontenac and Lennox and Addington Counties for people with a serious mental health illness. It was established in 1976 and has grown steadily over the years from primarily an affordable housing program to a full service agency. We work with people who have a serious and persistent mental illness to help them become active participating members of our society. All members of our community work to offer quality services with an emphasis on psychosocial rehabilitation principles and practises.
